Managing merchandise for a top-tier band requires seamless coordination between online sales, inventory management, and high-pressure live event operations. Ziggo Dome shows demand flawless execution with thousands of fans expecting quick service.
The solution
We built and maintain the Goldband webshop, handle all order fulfillment and customer service, and manage on-site POS operations for live events. For the Ziggo Dome concerts, we coordinated a 5-person sales team processing over 2,200 physical orders per show across 10-hour shifts.
